Our
Approach

At Healing Hometown Heroes, we prioritize therapy and healing for essential personnel, including first responders, law enforcement, and veterans. Our approach involves outdoor therapy and clinics tailored to their unique needs, promoting mental wellness and helping individuals cope with PTSD and other mental health issues. We offer a variety of outdoor activities such as biking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and pickleball, leveraging the therapeutic power of nature. Additionally, we are committed to fostering a supportive community, ensuring that essential personnel have access to the quality care and resources necessary for healing and thriving.

What the Heroes have to say

My husband and friends went out today we had a great time. The guys that took us out were great loved the conversation. If you want a fun day out on the water the two guys (Ashley and Tom) know where to take you. It was helpful that if you don’t even know how to fish they are there to help. Then when you get back from fishing Tammy make great food. We had catfish, baked beans, Green beans, sweet potatoes and grits. If you leave hunger that is you. I appreciate all they for first responders and Vets. I would recommend them to anyone that wants to release stress and just disconnect from the world for a while. Also the best part is you keep everything you catch. We caught shell cracker, catfish and a blue crab. Was very surprised by Blue Crab.
